Once your slab is chosen we field-template the actual room — not the plan — then cut, profile and polish the edges in our own shop. That is the step most companies subcontract, and it is the step that decides whether a seam disappears or announces itself, whether an edge feels sharp or soft under your hand. The crew that polishes it is the crew that carries it into your kitchen and sets it.
